Protecting our customer’s Personal Data and compliance with Applicable Laws is of the utmost importance to 74INDUSTRIES and a matter we take very seriously. We are committed to properly managing, protecting and processing your Personal Data in accordance with Australian Privacy Policy Act 1988, which applies to all Personal Data we collect through our Platforms or other channels.

When you submit information to us, join the team or sign up as a customer on our website to purchase, view or otherwise browse any of the products, services or content offered by us, you agree and consent to 74INDUSTRIES collecting and using your Personal Data, and disclosing such Personal Data to the authorised service providers and relevant third parties of 74INDUSTRIES.

This Privacy Policy supplements, but does not supersede nor replace any other consents you may have previously provided to 74INDUSTRIES in respect of your Personal Data. We may also collect and process your Personal Data under any exceptions to Applicable Laws, which are not set out in this Privacy Policy. 

This Privacy Policy also does not apply to the practices of organisations that 74INDUSTRIES does not own or control, or to people that 74INDUSTRIES does not employ or oversee even if offers, coupons or links to their websites appear within our Platforms or technology.

74industries RETURNS Policy

74INDUSTRIES has a money back guarantee on any products that are faulty or not of the materials specified in the product description. Please contact info@74industries.com.au to lodge returns with your name and order number. 74INdustries will create a return shipping label for you and refund the entire amount of the product including original shipping costs.

Any returns for faulty/incorrect ordered size or change of mind need to be lodged with us within 7 days of delivery. 

Incorrect Size RETURNS

74Industries accepts returns for incorrect sizing choices however the refunded amount will be minus the original shipping cost and shipping cost to return goods will be at the customer's expense. Please check our sizing guides closely as our products are specifically made to these sizes. Any returned products are to be in original condition with any original tags attached. Please see our postal address on your invoice and email us at info@74industries.com.au to start your refund process. 

Change of Mind Returns

74INDUSTRIES accepts returns if you change your mind after delivery of your product (products) however the refunded amount will be minus the original shipping cost and shipping cost to return goods will be at the customer's expense. Any returned products are to be in original condition with any original tags attached. Please see our postal address on your invoice and email us at info@74industries.com.au to start your refund process. 

 

Refunds will be processed asap after we receive the product (products). Funds will be reimbursed to you depending on the processing time of the platform/bank originally used for your order. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Note: The original shipping fee as stated above is non-refundable on sizing and change of mind returns.

74industries SHIPPING Policy

74Industries endeavours to pick and pack orders same day and ship the following. This excludes weekends were in most cases a Friday/Saturday/Sunday order will be picked and packed with shipping occurring on the Monday.

Standard Shipping within Australia

3-5 business days with some delays to Western Australia

Express Shipping Within Australia

1-3 business days with some delays to Western Australia

Standard International Shipping

10-20 business days

Express International Shipping

6-10 business days

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by holiday periods / weather events / ship to location / flight arrangements and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not yet received it, you must contact 74INDUSTRIES info@74industries.com.au to verify this within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must also contact the 74INDUSTRIES team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
